Everest base camp is located in Khumbu region of Nepal. The surrounding of EBC makes feel like you are in some natural paradise as it is a beautiful heaven in itself. Everest base camp is the gateway for all the climbers that attempt to climb the highest summit of the world, the Everest. The Everest region is the most famous trekking location that holds a long history of pride. Everest Base Camp Trek route starts from Lukla after the 30mins flight from Kathmandu. Upon landing at the tiny airstrip in Lukla head off for several days into the homelands of the ethnic Sherpa people. See Buddhist monasteries in Tengboche and Panboche, and close-up views of Mt. Everest and the adjoining Ama Dablam, said by many to be among the attractive mountains of Nepal.
