Arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu and you will be welcomed by The Nepal Tour representative and transfer to hotel and shortly briefing about program.
After breakfast, we begin our sightseeing tour by visiting UNESCO World Heritage Sites within Kathmandu. Kathmandu Durbar Square showcases Nepalese art and architecture at its best. The architecture is typical of the Malla dynasty who ruled over Nepal from the 12th to the 18th century. Swayambhunath Temple is popular among the foreigners as the Monkey Temple owing to the large monkey population residing in the area. Pashupatinath Temple is situated on the banks of river Bagmati and is one of the principal temples of Lord Shiva. The Bauddhanath Stupa is one of the largest stupas in South Asia which is built on the ancient trade route to Tibet. Patan Durbar Square is rich in ancient arts and architecture. We also visit Bhakatpur, an irresistible city with an authentic local lifestyle preserved over centuries of isolation from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu.
After breakfast heading to Pokhara (if you fly to Pokhara it takes 25 Minutes) by our private vehicle. The drive takes approximately six hours, taking you through the river view and Nepalese countryside. We then transferred to your hotel in LAKE-SIDE, and then rest of the time is overwhelming and exploring the countryside around Fewa Lake.
Early morning, we set off for Sarangkot to catch eye popping view of sunrise from its ridge. We need to walk for a couple of minutes to reach its vantage point. Sarangkot also offers a great view of some of the tallest Himalayas of Nepal including the Annapurna Range. Later we will driver back to continue with our city tour. We will pay our visit to the famous Bindabasini Temple that is dedicated to goddess Durga. We will continue to visit other attractions of the City like Davis Falls, The longest cave in south Asia Gupteshwor Cave and many more. We will then drive to World peace Stupa that is situated in the hilltop. World peace Stupa is a famous tourist destination and it offers a great view of Fewa Lake and magnificent Himalayas from its vantage point. We visit the famous International Mountain Museum (IMM) that records, documents and chronicles the past and present development of mountaineering activities in the world.
After breakfast, fly back to Kathmandu or you will drive back to Kathmandu along the bank of Marshyangdi and Trishuli River. These two river are biggest river of Nepal and famous for white water rafting.
The Nepal Tour airport representative will pick you up from the hotel and take you to the airport in a private car/van. You will reach the airport before 3 hours of your departure time.
